Job summary

Transformcap is seeking a 1099 Provider (APRN/PA) in Bedford, TX, to assist in substance use disorder treatment. You will play a vital role in monitoring patients and authorizing prescriptions while ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.

The ideal candidate must hold an active NP/APRN license and have experience prescribing Buprenorphine. This role requires in-office work at least 5 hours per week and participation in a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Must have an active, unencumbered state license (NP/APRN) in Texas.
• DEA registration is required for prescribing.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing Buprenorphine is necessary.
• Must have active board certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intakes and monitor progress in group sessions.
• Authorize prescriptions during monthly visits.
• Complete all documentation in Groups EMR system on time.
