Job summary

Transformcap is looking for a 1099 Provider (APRN/PA) to work remotely in West Virginia. The hired Nurse Practitioner will monitor patient progress in group therapy and conduct intakes, emphasizing a commitment to treating substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Active state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice Nurse.
• Experience prescribing Buprenorphine for at least 1 year.
• Registered with an Individual DEA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intakes after evaluation.
• Monitor patients' progress in group sessions.
• Authorize prescriptions during visits.
