Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least two years of work experience.
• Strong interest in philanthropy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent research and writing skills.

• Program and event management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support client service activities including research and analysis, communications and deliverable development, program management, and project support.
• Assist grant making and program management tasks, including applications, reviews, and learning networks.
• Contribute to internal research, data analysis, and reporting using Excel and SPSS as needed.
• Draft, revise, and format client reports, presentations, memos, and correspondence.
• Assist in meeting and conference planning, agenda development, and participant management.
• Support internal strategy and training initiatives and firm-wide projects.
