Job summary

Bridgespan Group is seeking Consultants to join our mission-driven consulting teams in a hybrid work environment. You will own workstreams, conduct rigorous analysis, and develop actionable recommendations for clients across education, health, and justice sectors.

Our program includes formal training, mentorship, and opportunities to lead projects while collaborating with senior team members. Travel is expected 1–2 times per month as needed to support client work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and own workstreams of project work, identifying issues and developing analysis and recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative interviews and secondary research, plus quantitative financial and market analysis.
• Prepare and present client materials including PowerPoint presentations and Excel models.
• Support client workshops and facilitate problem-solving discussions.
• Adapt to evolving project needs and manage competing priorities.
