Join to apply for the Associate Consultant - New York role at The Bridgespan Group.
Are you passionate about solving society’s toughest problems? Are you attracted to the analytical rigor of strategy consulting? Are you looking for a team-based environment with a focus on equity and social impact? If you answered yes, explore the Associate Consultant role with Bridgespan.
The Bridgespan Group is the leading nonprofit consulting organization serving ambitious nonprofit leaders, philanthropists, and impact investors in North America, Asia and Africa. We work with social change organizations, philanthropies, impact investors, and collaborative initiatives. Bridgespan values diversity, passion, respect, candor, and social impact, working toward equity and justice.
Associate Consultants (ACs) play an important role on project teams, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis that feeds into the team’s recommendations to clients and enables them to increase impact.
ACs follow a 50-50 staffing model, working on two projects at a time with different teams. They enter as generalists, with topics ranging from education to public health to criminal justice, and a client portfolio that includes philanthropists, nonprofits, and impact investors. ACs may engage in research and writing projects to share Bridgespan insights with leaders globally.
ACs participate in formalized training, including orientation and ongoing programs, and a 10-day off-site with Bain ACs to build consulting skills and career foundations.
Associate Consultants are required to relocate to their home office city and work from the home Bridgespan office at least 2 days per week. This supports in-person learning, relationship building, and mentorship while offering flexibility.
Bridgespan is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and to non-discrimination in employment.
