Qualifications

• MBA/MPP/MPA degree with a strong academic record.
• Experience in management consulting or strategy roles preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and own workstreams of project work, identifying issues, creating hypothesis and developing analysis and recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative interviews and secondary research and quantitative analyses such as financial modeling and market research.
• Prepare, deliver and present client materials including PowerPoint presentations and Excel models.
• Support client workshops and facilitate problem-solving discussions with mid-level and senior-level clients.
• Adapt to evolving project needs and mentor junior team members.
