Job summary

The Bridgespan Group is seeking an Associate Consultant in Washington, D.C. to join our mission-driven consulting teams, partnering with colleagues at all levels to analyze complex issues and inform strategic decisions for social impact outcomes. ACs work 50-55 hours per week on average with travel 1-2 times a month.

You will start local to a Bridgespan office and may relocate to the Boston office; visas are not sponsored for U.S. roles.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of strategy consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm is required.
• Strong academic background
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to apply a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in analysis
• Highly self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Strong commitment to teamwork
• Commitment to the nonprofit sector

Responsibilities

• Evaluate complex business challenges using hypothesis-driven problem solving to develop insights
• Conduct qualitative analysis through interviews with client stakeholders and quantitative analysis such as financial modeling and projections, to develop data driven recommendations
• Prepare and deliver clear and compelling client materials including Power Point presentations, Excel models and other written deliverables
• Adapt to evolving project needs by incorporating feedback and refining work products and delivering high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.
