The Bridgespan Group is recruiting an Associate Consultant to join our mission-driven consulting teams in the United States. ACs partner with colleagues at all levels to analyze complex issues, develop evidence-based insights, and support recommendations that help clients achieve greater impact.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of strategy consulting experience at a top tier firm is required.
• Strong academic background.
• Ability to apply a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion in analysis.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Commitment to the nonprofit sector.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate complex business challenges using hypothesis-driven problem solving to develop insights.
• Conduct qualitative analysis through interviews with client stakeholders and quantitative analysis such as financial modeling and projections, to develop data driven recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver clear and compelling client materials including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models and other written deliverables.
• Adapt to evolving project needs by incorporating feedback and refining work products and delivering high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.
