Job summary

Citi is seeking an AVP to support stakeholder engagement and reporting for the Community Investing and Development (CID) team in Charlotte, NC. The role partners with Enterprise Services, Public Affairs, and other corporate functions to ensure compliant and impactful communications and reporting.

The position emphasizes developing campaigns, coordinating with external vendors, and producing executive briefing materials while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in philanthropy, corporate social responsibility or related fields.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Advanced project management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Analytical, strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives autonomously.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Content development for flagship campaigns showcasing CID’s approach and impact.
• Contribute to impact reporting, including regulatory and corporate reporting.
• Draft submissions for third-party assessment, awards, surveys and ratings.
