Job summary

North Shore Community Development Coalition (NSCDC) is seeking a Project Manager to lead real estate development initiatives with support from a dedicated team. The role reports to the Director of Real Estate and emphasizes strong analytic, organizational, and independent work abilities.

The position is full-time with a salary of $80,000, with responsibilities spanning project planning, budgeting, and community engagement to ensure projects meet NSCDC’s mission and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field, with a focus on affordable housing preferred.
• Strong analytic skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with federal LIHTC and other financing sources is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of real estate development projects aligned with NSCDC mission.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants throughout development.
• Manage project budgets, financing applications, and cost estimates with external partners.
• Prepare regular progress reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
