Job summary

Promise is an early childhood-focused nonprofit seeking a Program Coordinator to strengthen our operational and data backbone across the Promise Fund and Changemaker Communities. You will manage data accuracy, participate in convenings, and support cross-program activities to ensure commitments are met.

You will report to the Managing Director of Changemaker Communities and collaborate with teams across Promise.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including managing multiple workstreams and keeping accurate records.
• Experience with a CRM or data-management platform (e.g., Salesforce) preferred; willingness to learn if not used.
• Ability to support program application, vetting, and selection processes with materials tracking.
• Familiarity with web-design platforms, event marketing, or community engagement is helpful.
• Excellent communication and relationship management across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain participant and engagement records in Salesforce and related systems, with data quality checks.
• Maintain and improve documentation of data workflows and resolve routine issues.
• Support onboarding of participants and partners to Promise tools and platforms.
• Coordinate day-to-day program operations, including materials tracking and reviewer coordination.
• Plan logistics for convenings, regional hubs, travel, lodging, and contracts for review.
