Job summary

United Way of Massachusetts Bay is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate a cross-functional team focused on safe and stable housing as part of our mission to advance an economically just region.

The ideal candidate will use strong communication, organization, and project management skills to align departments, manage grants and milestones, and drive impact across communities. A results-oriented, systems-thinking approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ year(s) experience in Safe and Stable Housing, or related Human Services.
• Experience in virtual and/or in-person facilitation.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines and team tasks across departments.
• Prepare grant requests, program reports, and funding continuity.
• Manage grants, contracts, and MOUs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives advancing United Way's mission.
