Thomas Jefferson University is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage tasks for multiple initiatives within the health network. You will work with CE leadership, coordinate student schedules across sites, and oversee the learning management system (Canvas).
The role requires strong communication, organization, and ability to work with diverse populations. Familiarity with MS Office and Teams is essential; knowledge of Canvas, Epic, and REDCap is a plus.
Coordinates and manages tasks for various projects/initiatives and facilitates associated work efforts within the health network. Communicates on a consistent basis with appropriate partners, project sponsors, committees, leaders, and other stakeholders regarding project priorities, project status, and project opportunities. Supports the varying multi-disciplinary teams and operational leaders by carrying the bulk of administrative responsibilities and ensuring seamless integration and daily operational success of projects including data, quality, and educational needs. One priority project includes the Clinical Experience Program, a pre-clerkship program that places students in clinical environments to support screening and connection to resources for health related social needs (HRSN) and other population health needs. Duties will include direct patient outreach to facilitate follow up on population health screenings and connection to resources.

Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
