Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide centralized support for EAM teams, including Real Estate, Planning, Design & Construction, and Facilities Operations. The role focuses on standardized presentations, reporting, and coordinating meetings, agendas, notes, and action items.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or substantial related experience, plus 2 years of admin or communications experience, with strong writing, editing, and MS Office

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or substantial relevant experience in a related field.
  • 2 years progressively responsible experience in administrative support or communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/editing skills.
  • Ability to use graphic design principles to craft clear presentations.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and staff consistent with Jefferson values.
  • Coordinates and supports EAM initiatives, including meeting scheduling and agenda prep.
  • Develops and maintains internal and external EAM communications.
  • Creates improved and standardized EAM presentations and reporting for executives.
  • Manages EAM electronic document storage for retention and access control.
  • Establishes strong working relationships with Jefferson marketing and key customers.

Job Duties
  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.(Do not delete, move or over-write this statement)
  • Coordinates and supports EAM initiatives, including meeting scheduling, preparation of agendas and meeting notes, and development of action lists.
  • Develops and maintains internal and external EAM communications.
  • Develops and maintains improved and standardized EAM presentations and reporting, including executive presentations and reporting.
  • Manages EAM electronic document storage to ensure retention, security, and appropriate access.
  • Establishes effective working relationships with Jefferson enterprise marketing and communications team, executive assistants, and key customers of EAM services.
  • Specializes in providing a high level of service and strategic direction in the development of project materials.
Qualifications
Education - Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Business, Communications, English, Graphic Design or substantial relevant experience
Experience - Required
  • 2 years progressively responsible experience in administrative support or communications is required.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities - Required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and editing are required.
  • Ability to use graphic design principles to develop clear and compelling presentations is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities required.
Additional Qualifications
  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or higher education Facilities Management functions is preferred.
  • Graphic design skills are preferred.
Physical Demands

Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
