Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in an administrative, operational, database, or program coordinator role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic IT troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage foundation board meetings, minutes, and executive presentations.
• Maintain databases, process donations, and generate tax receipts.
• Coordinate events, including Young Living events and disaster relief efforts.
• Support employee service programs and volunteer coordination.
• Ensure state fundraising registrations and compliance with legal in partnership with the legal firm.
