Job summary

North Bridge Staffing Group is seeking a Corporate Philanthropy Programs Coordinator to work with the Corporate Philanthropy Manager and the Public Affairs team in planning and running philanthropy programs and employee volunteer initiatives.

You will also provide administrative support to a related philanthropic foundation, coordinating events, grants tracking, and liaising with internal partners and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in grants administration, volunteering, fundraising, events management, or marketing/communications (including social media) is a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change in a dynamic team setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize information clearly and field employee questions.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required; advanced skills a plus.
  • Experience with grants or volunteer management software/databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Engagement (60%)—Support the employee volunteer program by helping plan, coordinate, and execute team-based volunteer events (over 100 held globally in 2025), including liaising with internal and external partners, drafting related communications, ordering supplies, and responding to employee questions.
  • Foundation Support (15%)—Serve as project coordinator for the foundation's events and sponsorships; handle administrative tasks including timely responses to funding requests, and managing grants tracking software and related tasks.
  • General Administration (25%)—Plan, track, and manage sponsorship agreements, event invitations, and logo use contracts for external events; coordinate with internal communications and marketing teams on department-related assets.

Job description

This role works closely with the Corporate Philanthropy Manager and the broader Public Affairs team to help plan and run corporate philanthropy programs and employee volunteer initiatives, while also providing administrative support to a related philanthropic foundation.

Core Responsibilities

Employee Engagement (60%)

  • Support the employee volunteer program by helping plan, coordinate, and execute team-based volunteer events (over 100 held globally in 2025), including liaising with internal and external partners, drafting related communications, ordering supplies, and responding to employee questions
  • Build and maintain an annual calendar of firmwide philanthropic events across major global offices
  • Support special projects and other civic leadership initiatives as needed

Foundation Support (15%)

  • Serve as project coordinator for the foundation's events and sponsorships
  • Handle administrative tasks including timely responses to funding requests, and managing grants tracking software and related tasks

General Administration (25%)

  • Plan, track, and manage sponsorship agreements, event invitations, and logo use contracts for external events
  • Coordinate with internal communications and marketing teams on department-related assets
