Job summary

Orkin in Louisville, KY is seeking a customer‑facing service professional to run daily routes, inspect properties for pest issues, and provide expert pest protection. You will communicate solutions clearly and work with families and businesses to keep spaces pest-free.

No prior pest control experience is required, as comprehensive training starts on day one. This full-time role includes a company vehicle, benefits, and growth paths into leadership or management.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong customer service mindset and ability to engage with families and businesses.
• Willing to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Able to work in physically active environments, including climbing and crawling when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally on daily route and provide pest protection.
• Inspect properties to identify pest issues; training provided.
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services to provide peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.
