Job summary

Orkin is hiring professionals to join our protective pest-control team. You will service customers on daily routes, inspect properties for pests, and communicate effective, empathetic solutions. Training is provided, and you can advance into leadership, sales, or management roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirator when required.
• Use a ladder safely within manufacturer weight capacity.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on daily route and provide pest protection.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues (training provided).
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services for peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.
