Orkin in Kentucky is seeking motivated individuals to join our pest control team. You will inspect and install pest and home protection systems, working on a crew to complete tasks across homes and businesses.

No prior pest control experience required; our paid training, tools, and a company vehicle support you. The role offers stability, opportunities to advance, and a path into leadership while serving communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roofing, or maintenance is preferred and reliability is essential.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service are required.
• Ability to work with a crew and communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete a job.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
