Intrepid Travel is seeking a Head of Impact, Americas to grow The Intrepid Foundation and embed responsible business practices across the region. You will build partnerships, develop funding proposals and work with our global team to convert shared values into action.

The role supports the Americas with multi-level strategy and hands-on delivery to create measurable impact. This hybrid role can be based in Seattle, Denver or Toronto, with a starting USD salary of 85,000 and regional variation by

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing stakeholder relationships within fundraising or partnership environments.
• Background working in a 501c3 charity or equivalent non-profit setting.
• Experience with fundraising, financial targets and budgets.
• Understanding of philanthropy within the US context.
• Genuine connection to responsible travel and Purpose Beyond Profit ethos.
