JPMorganChase in Columbus, OH seeks a Business Operations Control Lead to manage risk and control agendas for Firmwide Impact Marketing. You will work with Finance, Controls and Risk, Legal and Compliance to ensure proper approvals, monitor content expiries, and optimize processes.

Responsibilities include leading process improvements, coordinating with defense lines, and acting as Authorized Approver for marketing content while driving efficiency and cost controls across programs.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of marketing business operations experience driving risk and control agendas.
• Strong analytical capabilities to identify issues, analyze data, build consensus and implement change.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects with a proactive, high-energy approach.
• Effective written and verbal communication, capable of briefing executives and tailoring messages.

Responsabilités

• Partner with defense lines such as Controls, Compliance and Operational Risk to develop procedures and job aids; support test monitoring and audits.
• Serve as Authorized Approver for marketing content, ensuring proper documentation and timely addressing of legal feedback.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives across Firmwide Impact Marketing campaigns and programs.
• Understand vendor management, third‑party oversight and sourcing processes.
• Project manage and deliver key work streams for campaigns and programs.
• Support budget management and annual planning with Finance on day-to-day activities.
• Provide quick, high-quality responses to ad-hoc project management, presentation, and analysis requests.
• Collaborate with team members to simplify and improve existing processes and add value.
• Foster culture and employee engagement through newsletters, town halls, onboarding, and team sites.
