Job summary

Arabella Advisors is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the Marketing and Communications team in Washington, DC. You will help manage multiple campaigns, digital channels, and firmwide events, collaborating with teammates to drive growth in social-impact initiatives.

The role calls for a strong writing and communication skillset, experience with marketing collateral, WordPress, and Salesforce, plus the ability to operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience, preferably with professional services marketing or fundraising.
• Excellent writing, communication (both written and verbal) and follow-up skills.
• Experience creating marketing collateral.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Experience with WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or another CRM.
• Ability to handle time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Campaign execution: Coordinate marketing campaigns and track effectiveness.
• Digital marketing: Manage Arabella’s digital communications, social media, and website channels.
• Conferences and events: Coordinate firmwide conference and event planning, participation, and follow up.
• Partnership and membership management: Research optimal partners and support teams in developing engagement strategies.
• Metrics: Track and share core marketing metrics that drive decision-making.
• Develop materials for marketing efforts: Website updates, emails, social media, collateral, SharePoint.
