The Who, What, Where, When & Why

Are you passionate about transforming healthcare education and improving patient outcomes? This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with healthcare institutions in delivering outstanding educational outcomes through immersive, AI-driven virtual simulation.

As an Impact Manager, you’ll support clients from onboarding through implementation and beyond, ensuring OMS solutions are embedded successfully and driving real-world learning outcomes. You will collaborate closely with health system executives, educators, and simulation leads to maximize engagement and long-term success.

No prior experience with VR is required. You’ll receive comprehensive training from a supportive team of clinicians and simulation experts, all focused on helping you develop expertise in virtual reality, simulation-based education, and curriculum design.

Who you are:

  • You have 3+ years of delivering nursing professional development, residency, quality and safety, or competency-based training within a hospital or healthcare system.

  • You ideally have a clinical education or clinical simulation background

  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills. You are a natural people-person who’s great at building rapport, and communicating in person, on the phone or via emails

  • You love the idea of a job where you get to travel the country, with some overnight stays.

  • You have a strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed

  • You are curious, an excellent listener, and able to consult with a broad range of individuals to find the best solution for them.

  • You are enthusiastic, flexible and always learning.

  • You are driven and self-motivated, and pretty fearless. You thrive in new challenges

  • You are keen to work in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment

What will you be doing:

  • You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team of VR simulation and education specialists. You’ll receive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.

  • Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process, from kickoff through successful go-live.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting partnerships with a portfolio of healthcare clients.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout their journey.

  • Support simulation leads and educators to embed OMS solutions into their curriculum and daily workflows.

  • Monitor and enhance learner engagement, usage patterns, and educational outcomes across your accounts.

  • Capture key client insights, feedback, and progress data in our CRM to ensure visibility and continuity across teams.

  • Collaborate with internal teams—including education, content, and product—to resolve client challenges and continuously improve the experience.

  • Represent OMS professionally at conferences and industry events, sharing success stories and gathering feedback from the field.
