Project Manager - Healthcare acquisitions

Our client is searching for an experienced Acquisitions Project Manager with a passion for organization, collaboration, and delivering outstanding project outcomes.

The Project Manager oversees multiple simultaneous facility acquisitions with complex interdependencies and communicates across multiple channels including IT, Field, and Corporate teams. The Acquisition Project Manager has ownership from initiation to facility Go-Live and serves as a liaison between facility leadership, Corporate, IT, and other teams such as Supply Chain. They act as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure actions remain in synergy. The project manager communicates proactively with different stakeholders.

The Acquisition Project Manager is an expert at understanding and building dependency-based timelines, recognizing and mitigating risks to project schedules, and the efficient deployment of constrained resources across multiple efforts.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage projects using ServiceNow, creating project and resource plans, status updates, and other project artifacts
• Serve as the single accountable party to define, plan, orchestrate, and deliver multiple facility acquisitions
• Direct large-scale, complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Manage scope and schedule to ensure commitments are achieved within time, cost, and quality parameters
• Develop communication plans and interface with facility and corporate resources
• Lead continuous risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
• Serve as a subject matter expert on acquisitions, regularly briefing stakeholders
• Represent the project in governance and inter-department forums
• Facilitate key project meetings
• Define and track project milestones, report on overall delivery plan
• Publish periodic project status reports
• Propose recommendations and process improvements

Requirements

Experience:

• Healthcare experience - Preferred
• Acquisitions experience - Preferred
• Information Technology experience - Preferred

This is a remote position with the possibility of conversion from contract to full-time.
