Job summary

RQI Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced account management professional to drive RQI Portfolio adoption in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, build relationships, and ensure customer success, aligning perfectly with our mission to save lives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience. You will also be responsible for achieving sales goals and maximizing opportunities for customer engagement and program

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Experience in clinical education delivery is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry 70 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Manage allocated accounts in a customer-centric manner.
• Ensure overall health of customers.
• Achieve subscriber and account revenue goals.
• Build key strategic relationships with hospital management.
