Qualifications

• Familiarity with the federal rules of procedure and evidence.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid office environment with travel.

Responsibilities

• Prosecute and defend cases involving voting rights, redistricting, the First Amendment, and related matters.
• Manage and mentor junior attorneys and staff, overseeing case progress and strategy.
• Prepare and argue motions, depositions, and major filings with attention to deadlines and details.
