The role requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health, CADC certification, 3–5 years of direct substance use treatment experience, and 2–3 years of supervisory or program leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of direct substance use treatment experience (clinical).
• 2–3 years of formal supervisory or program leadership experience.
• Knowledge of DBHR, Medicaid documentation, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical quality, operations, and staff performance for the SUPR program.
• Ensure services align with informed consent, client rights, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Monitor documentation quality and timeliness; ensure compliance with DBHR/Medicaid requirements.
• Review staff notes, timesheets, and required documentation for billing and payroll.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development.
