Job summary

Coalition for Hispanic Family Services in Brooklyn, NY, seeks an Associate Executive Director of Family Support/Prevention Services to oversee seven sites across Brooklyn and Queens. You will lead planning, budgeting, staffing, and operations, working to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally competent preventive services.

The role reports to the Executive Director and requires collaboration with program staff, ACS, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Licensed clinician in NYS (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAT) or equivalent.
• 5–10 years leadership experience in NYC child welfare/preventive services.
• Experience overseeing multiple programs and ensuring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Represent CHFS at public and agency events, with governmental bodies and funders.
• Supervise multiple site directors to maintain professional standards and safety.
• Oversee program planning, budgeting, and staffing across boroughs.
• Ensure compliance with ACS standards and program audits.
• Collaborate with QA to drive program performance and improvements.
• Provide staff trainings as needed.
• Present monthly program status reports to Senior Management.
