Job summary

The Gates Foundation is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee a portfolio of investments, focusing on processes, due diligence, and timeline management across grants, contracts, and program-related investments.

You'll collaborate with investment makers and partners, support pipeline planning, and guide project work through multiple teams, ensuring compliance and efficient operations in a fast-paced non-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience in project/portfolio/program management, financial management, nonprofit or related industry preferred.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the country where this position is located.

Responsibilities

• Works with investment makers to develop, manage, and maintain a portfolio of investments.
• Collaborates with partners and vendors through the investment lifecycle and communicates trends to the program team.
• Plans cross-project initiatives and participates in pipeline and project planning.
• Leads RFP processes for program staff and provides process change support.
• Provides training and ongoing coaching on processes and tools to ensure adoption.
