Job summary

Prime Capital Financial seeks a Relationship Specialist to support client service and portfolio work for Prime Capital Endowments & Foundations. Working directly with the President, you will gain experience serving nonprofit clients and contribute to selected projects that help the practice grow.

This hybrid role prefers in-person work at the Plymouth Meeting office at least two days per week, with occasional travel to client meetings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant industry experience in financial services serving endowments, foundations, or nonprofit clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; coursework in finance, economics, investments, or related field preferred.
• Foundational investment knowledge demonstrated through coursework, experience, or CFA candidacy. CFA designation not required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; ability to learn CRM, portfolio reporting, and other financial technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with investment and operations teams on portfolio reporting and analyses across markets.
• Help design and implement mission-aligned portfolios and investment policy statements.
• Support client relationships by preparing meeting materials and coordinating responses with the President and advisors.
• Assist the President with business-building projects, including proposals and RFP responses.
