Job summary

Praxis is seeking an Associate for Capital to bridge fundraising operations with program execution. The role focuses on developing donor relations, managing grants, and supporting the Capital Fellowship, reporting to the Principal for Praxis Capital.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in fundraising operations or program management.
• Background in nonprofit, venture capital, startup ecosystems, or faith-based organizations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage up and exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Development Operations (50%): Manage grant reporting workflows, support reporting/analysis of fundraising activities, manage updates for funding presentations, log gifts and update pipeline records, support donor communications and engagement, manage donor operations tasks, conduct prospect research.
