You will draft, review, and negotiate investment, financing, governance, and other transaction documents, and advise boards and management on governance and fiduciary duties while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the firm.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of law firm experience advising on corporate transactions.
• Experience with private equity, venture capital, growth equity, or financing deals is a plus.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate investment and governance documents.
