Job summary

The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation seeks a Head of Insights & Impact, Austin, TX, to lead and unify the enterprise Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning, Analytics, Data Science, and Enterprise Data Platform functions. This role reports to the Head of Finance & Operations and sets the direction for insights and impact across Programs.

We look for a leader with deep expertise in evaluation, analytics, and data science, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to drive evidence-based decisions

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership spanning analytics, evaluation, data science, and digital transformation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across Analytics, Data Science, MEL, and Enterprise Data.
• Ability to develop and drive KPI frameworks and evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for MEL, analytics, AI, and enterprise data in service of Programs' priorities.
• Lead an integrated team across MEL, analytics, data science, AI innovation, enterprise data, governance.
• Partner with Program and executive leadership to ensure strategic planning is supported by strong evidence and data.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations to influence grantmaking and decision making.
