POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Impact Implementation Manager supports the operationalization of the organization’s evaluation and social impact strategy by coordinating project implementation, advancing standardization of impact services, and strengthening outcome measurement practices. Working closely with the Director of Impact and cross-functional program teams, this role helps translate evaluation frameworks and systems into consistent, high-quality project execution. The position ensures that impact initiatives are implemented efficiently, aligned with organizational standards, and supported by clear performance metrics and data collection processes.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Project Implementation Support:
  • Coordinate implementation of evaluation and impact initiatives across projects and programs.
  • Support project planning, timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination related to impact and evaluation work.
  • Ensure projects follow established methodologies, tools, and reporting processes.
  • Standardization of Impact Services:
  • Support development and documentation of standardized processes, templates, and tools for evaluation and impact services.
  • Promote consistent application of frameworks, indicators, and methodologies across projects.
  • Collaborate across ESI team to align implementation practices and processes with organizational systems and database
  • Outcome Measurement & Performance Management:
  • Assist in developing and refining outcome measurement frameworks and key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate data collection processes and ensure alignment with evaluation plans.
  • Work with impact analysts to translate data into actionable insights for program teams and leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Serve as a liaison between the impact team and program teams to support integration of evaluation practices into implementation.
  • Facilitate communication around timelines, deliverables, and expectations related to impact activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes related to project implementation and outcome measurement.
  • Support the development of learning agendas and documentation of best practices.
SPECIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
  • Bachelor’s degree in public policy, social sciences, public administration, or related field required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 3 -5 years of experience in program implementation, evaluation, performance management, or social impact work.
  • Experience coordinating projects and supporting implementation of evaluation or impact frameworks.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with outcome measurement, KPIs, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to translate strategy and frameworks into practical processes and tools.
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
  • Will be required to read printed and handwritten materials.
  • Will be required to manipulate the computer mouse and keyboard.
  • Will be required to read information on computer screen.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to enter information in digital forms and spreadsheets.
