Urban Resource Institute (URI) is seeking an Impact Implementation Manager to operationalize its evaluation and social impact strategy. You will coordinate project implementation, standardize impact services, and strengthen data collection to drive high‑quality outcomes.
Working with the Director of Impact and cross‑functional teams, you will translate frameworks into practical processes, manage timelines, and support performance measurement with clear KPIs.
URI’s work is grounded in survivor‑centered, trauma‑informed, and culturally responsive care. In addition to emergency and transitional housing, URI delivers a robust continuum of Justice Initiatives—including economic empowerment, legal education and advocacy, prevention and youth programming, and abusive partner intervention—designed to break cycles of violence, instability, and poverty. URI also develops permanent affordable and supportive housing, advancing long‑term pathways to safety, healing, and stability for families and communities.
The Impact Implementation Manager supports the operationalization of the organization’s evaluation and social impact strategy by coordinating project implementation, advancing standardization of impact services, and strengthening outcome measurement practices. Working closely with the Director of Impact and cross‑functional program teams, this role helps translate evaluation frameworks and systems into consistent, high‑quality project execution. The position ensures that impact initiatives are implemented efficiently, aligned with organizational standards, and supported by clear performance metrics and data collection processes.
