Qualifications

• Two years’ experience teaching child development programs or leading community programs, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, assign, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
• Prepare and maintain grant records and required reports.
• Develop, write, submit, and administer local, state, and federal grants.
• Coordinate field trips and supervise program activities and safety.
