Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective monitoring and evaluation frameworks, tools, and methodologies for various programs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to assess performance against objectives and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage data collection systems, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and ethical handling.
• Prepare comprehensive M&E reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training and technical support to program staff on M&E principles and practices.
