World Relief in Richland, WA is seeking a Fundraising Coordinator to lead our Tri-Cities fundraising strategy, coordinate grants, and drive donor engagement in partnership with the Office Director and local churches.

You will manage the fundraising calendar, identify opportunities, plan events, and build relationships with donors and community partners to sustain programs serving vulnerable communities. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and at least two years of nonprofit fundraising experience.

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith and alignment with World Relief's mission
• Two+ years of fundraising, grants administration, or nonprofit development experience
• Strong organizational and writing skills
• Ability to engage and steward donors, partners, and communities
• Commitment to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual fundraising plan, campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities
• Identify, track, and coordinate grant opportunities and submissions
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, partner churches, and local businesses
• Coordinate fundraising communications and ensure timelines are met
• Collaborate with the Office Director and local partners to sustain and grow programs
• Plan and execute fundraising events including logistics and sponsorship outreach
