Job summary

AgZen, a fast-growing precision agriculture company based in Somerville, MA, is seeking a Field Engineer to install and support its RealCoverage systems in the US, primarily across the Midwest. You will work with customers to ensure product uptime, document field activities, and help translate field learnings into improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (see above for examples).
• 2+ years of work experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to schedule installation, service, and maintenance events.
• Install AgZen equipment on customer machines and document the process.
• Train sprayer operators on usage of our products for proper and safe operation.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment, maintaining field records.
• Assist with field and in-lab experimentation translating to on-field use.
• Collaborate with technical and manufacturing teams to communicate customer needs.
