Job summary

The ONE Campaign seeks an organized Events & Partnerships Coordinator to plan and execute events for its North America Advocacy team, spanning the US and Canada. You will work across policy, advocacy, communications, and government relations to deliver high-level convenings, donor events, and conference activations.

You’ll report to the Senior Coordinator for North America, collaborating with the North America Advocacy Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional event planning/coordination experience in nonprofit, advocacy, or government contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events and projects with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute North America Advocacy events from concept to post-event wrap-up.
• Coordinate logistics: venues, vendors, catering, budgets, and run-of-show.
• Manage on-site execution, staffing, RSVP tracking, and guest communications.
