The ONE Campaign is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Events & Partnerships Coordinator to plan and execute events on behalf of ONE's North America Advocacy team. This role sits at the center of the team, working across policy, advocacy, communications, government relations, and executive teams in both the United States and Canada to deliver events that advance ONE's mission — from high-level convenings with policymakers and partners to donor cultivation events.
The ideal candidate brings roughly three years of event planning experience, thrives on logistics and details, and enjoys collaborating with colleagues across a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
You’ll report to the Senior Coordinator for North America and work closely with the North America Advocacy Team. This role can be based in the Washington, DC office on a hybrid schedule, or from Ottawa, Canada on a remote basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and contribute to making an impact on the world’s biggest challenges.
Fluency in English required. Proficiency in other languages such as French and German is a plus.
This role can be based in Washington, DC or Ottawa, Canada. The Washington, DC office has a hybrid attendance of 3 days per week in the office. The Ottawa, Canada office is remote with employees working within the Ottawa-metro area to accommodate regular in-person meetings. Team schedules and business needs may dictate the specific days/times you need to be in the office. ONE offers competitive compensation and an exceptional benefits package along with the opportunity to contribute to worldwide causes impacting those most in need. The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $65,000.
