We’re hiring an Impact Evaluation Specialist who knows rigorous outcome measurement from the inside. You will work with government grant makers, coach nonprofits on measurement integrity, and publish new learnings from IG’s Registry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on program evaluation or M&E.
• Experience with government funders and translating findings for decision makers.
• Ability to read an evaluation design and assess logic models.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, ArcGIS or data viz tools.
• Experience with cross-sector reporting and learning publications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate how nonprofits and government programs measure and report outcomes.
• Partner with government grant makers to analyze portfolios and surface what works.
• Turn complex data into decision-ready intelligence: reports and scorecards.
• Coach nonprofits and government programs on evaluation design and reporting.
• Publish insights from IG Registry via briefs and reports.
• Contribute to IG's point of view on classifications and benchmark outcomes.
