The Overdeck Family Foundation is seeking an Impact Assessment Manager to lead ROI estimation and impact evaluation within the Strategic Impact and Learning (SIL) team. The role focuses on measuring grant cost-effectiveness and guiding data-driven decisions across portfolios.

You will collaborate with program staff, finance, and research partners to translate findings into actionable insights for learning, policy influence, and program improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to model ROI and cost-effectiveness of education interventions.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and oversight of ROI estimation and grant impact assessments.
• Collaborate with portfolio teams to align indicators and data collection.
