Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced Impact Evaluation Manager to lead impact evaluations and provide engineering and analytical support within the Advisory Services Group. You will manage junior engineers, review deliverables, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget.

You will oversee data collection, M&V activities, and reporting, while mentoring staff and contributing to client‑facing proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience with 4+ years in energy efficiency impact evaluation.
• Strong understanding of building systems and energy end uses in commercial/industrial sectors.
• Experience with energy assessments, data analysis or M&V and report writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead impact evaluations and cost‑effectiveness analyses of energy efficiency programs.
• Manage evaluation projects, budgets, and schedules to deliver quality results.
• Mentor engineers and analysts, coordinate fieldwork and data collection.
• Oversee data collection, survey administration, and metering activities.
• Lead M&V activities using engineering calculations and regression modeling.
• Develop data instruments, algorithms, and tools for savings estimation.
• Contribute to technical reports, findings, conclusions and recommendations.
• Support senior staff in client presentations, white papers and proposals.
• Integrate process and impact evaluation insights to improve program delivery.
