• Bachelor's degree in social services or 2-3 years related experience.
• Minimum 1 year in the developmental disability/mental health field.
• 1 year in a leadership position required.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, train, supervise Direct Support Professionals and approve timecards.
• Train DSPs on safety, financial plans, and supportive strategies including behavior supports.
• Develop and update ISP documents with the team.
• Oversee client financials and monthly program budget.
• Advocate for clients on medical or financial matters.
• Maintain professional boundaries and relationships with team and clients.
• Respond to emergencies per RISE guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
