Job summary

The Palace Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive SLP services to patients, including screening, evaluation, and ongoing treatment planning.

You will collaborate with residents, families, and the rehabilitation team to ensure high-quality care and adherence to state and federal regulations. Licensure, CCC-SLP (where applicable), and a commitment to professional development are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP (where applicable).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services including screening, evaluation, and treatment planning.
• Discharge planning and ongoing case management responsibilities.
• Supervise assistants and rehab techs as needed and appropriate.
• Maintain professional conduct and compliance with regulations governing practice.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adherence to privacy standards.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Participate in continuing education to enhance clinical expertise.
