Job summary

People Technology And Processes seeks a SharePoint/365 specialist for a Scott AFB area role. You will design, configure, deploy and maintain SharePoint environments, develop BI dashboards and automate workflows within an Agile SDLC.

Responsibilities include building web parts with SharePoint Framework, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and collaborating with stakeholders, IT management and clients to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Field Related Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Active SECRET clearance.
2+ years work experience with communications/problem solving.
Minimum 2+ years experience with SharePoint/Microsoft 365.
Experience with SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, Lean, etc.
Expert knowledge of SharePoint 2016, 2019 and SharePoint Online, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Provide SharePoint design, configuration, deployment and maintenance support services.
Develop software solutions by studying requirements and information needs; confer with stakeholders and IT management; study systems flow, data usage, and work processes; perform software design, debug, test, and deploy.
Execute within an Agile SDLC framework.
Design, develop and maintain SharePoint components and web parts.
Implement SharePoint-based workflows and BI dashboards.
Document solutions with flowcharts, diagrams and clear code comments.
Build Proof of Concept / Early Adopter examples and demos for training.
Participate in Product Design Reviews with creative, practical ideas in a team setting.
