Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a School Director to lead a special and alternative education program. You will collaborate with teachers, monitor student progress, communicate with parents, and implement SESI's instructional model.

You will develop budgets, oversee compliance, build stakeholder relationships, and drive PBIS and district partnerships while supporting staff development and ensuring adherence to IEPs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field required.
• Administration credential preferred.
• Extensive experience with students with disabilities strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advance student potential by collaborating with teachers to deliver individualized services.
• Monitor student behavior and track educational progress, communicating with parents.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain the school's budget and financial records.
• Forge and maintain stakeholder relationships with district officials and parents.
• Ensure compliance with IEPs and district policies; lead PBIS programs.

Education

Master's Degree in Education, Special Education, Social or Behavior Sciences, or related field
