Job summary

G Fedale Roofing & Siding is seeking a Project Manager in Wilmington, Delaware. The role supports Site Managers and the Production Team to ensure exceptional customer service and workmanship across all projects.

The PM analyzes production processes, coordinates with estimators and production managers, and drives on-time project starts, material orders, and margins. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• 5+ years in home building/remodeling as PM or skilled tradesman.
• Strong math skills and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a schedule of planned visits to project sites.
• Coordinate with Site Manager and crews to ensure project progress.
• Update DataForma with labor/material estimates and margins.
• Ensure on-site safety, proper attire, and clear communications with customers.
• Secure final payment and completion certificates (CoC).
