Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working knowledge of GCP guidelines including human-subjects protections and informed consent.
• At least 2 years of working knowledge with Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• At least 2 years of experience managing day-to-day research study activities (data organizing, analysis, cleaning, maintenance).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day study activities with investigators, research team and clinical-site partners.
• Recruit potential participants through approved in-person and electronic methods.
• Conduct eligibility screening and support consent and enrollment procedures.
• Administer research assessments or facilitate self-administered surveys.
• Respond to participant questions and support a respectful research experience.
• Schedule study visits and maintain recruitment, screening, enrollment, and completion records.
• Monitor survey completion and review data for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Follow up with participants for incomplete responses as needed.
• Enter, organize, clean, and maintain research data and study documentation.
• Assist with quality‑assurance activities and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain participant confidentiality and IRB compliance.
• Coordinate study materials, regulatory files, and secure data systems.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on recruitment and progress.
• Assist with descriptive analyses, data visualization, and interpretation under supervision.
• Contribute to secondary data analyses and literature reviews.
• Assist with abstracts, posters, presentations, and manuscripts.
